Our office mainly focuses on immigration and nationality law. We represent clients in all types of removal proceedings before the Immigration Court under the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals. We additionally represent clients in other immigration matters, such as family petitions, consular processing, waivers, adjustment of status, and more. Ms. Iris Juarbe graduated Valedictorian from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico Law School and has been licensed with the State of Texas since 1986. Ms. Gloria Echevarria Juarbe graduated from South Texas College of Law, in Houston, Texas in May of 1999 and was licensed by the States of Texas in November of 1999. They are both fluent in English and Spanish and have a combined immigration law experience of over forty years.

In addition to representing clients in immigration matters, Ms. Echevarria Juarbe, represents clients in uncontested divorce proceedings, suit affecting parent child relationship, change of names and adoptions before the District Courts in Harris County and Fort Bend County. She has also received her Mediation Certification from the Dispute Resolution Centerin Harris County, Texas.
